HeyChintu offers both instant digital deliverables (software passes, vector monographs, and video reels) and physical custom print-on-demand goods (A5 Softcover Printed Artbooks). This policy outlines our manufacturing, shipping, and delivery timelines across India and international destinations.
1. Instant Delivery of Digital Products & Software Passes
- Studio Passes & Entitlements: Activated instantaneously upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay, Stripe, Apple StoreKit, or Google Play.
- Digital Artbook Monographs (300 DPI PDF): Rendered directly on your device via client-side PDF synthesis upon challenge completion.
- Video Reel Exports (HD MP4): Rendered and available for download immediately upon request in the app.
No physical shipping is required or involved for software subscriptions or digital download packs. Confirmation receipts are delivered to your registered email immediately upon payment.
2. Physical Printed Artbooks (Custom Print-on-Demand)
When you complete a 30-day challenge, you can order a softcover A5 monograph containing your daily artworks bound in premium paper:
- Production / Printing Turnaround: Because every book is uniquely personalized with your artwork, production takes 3 to 5 business days for precision color calibration, digital printing, and thermal binding.
- Quality Inspection: Every printed monograph undergoes manual quality inspection before packaging in protective bubble mailers to ensure no binding flaws or color smudging.
3. Shipping Transit Times & Coverage
Once production is completed, your book is dispatched through reliable express courier networks:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during major national holidays, festive peak seasons (Diwali, Christmas), or regional courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges, Duties & Taxes
- Domestic Shipping (India): Standard shipping within India is included with your order or clearly displayed prior to checkout.
- International Shipping: Shipping rates vary depending on country of delivery and will be calculated and displayed prior to payment completion.
- Customs & Import Duties: For international parcels, any local customs duties, VAT, or clearance fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Order Tracking & Dispatch Confirmation
As soon as your parcel is handed over to our courier partner:
- You will receive an automated dispatch notification email containing your unique courier airway bill (AWB) / tracking number.
- You can track live delivery status on the courier partner's tracking portal.
6. Undelivered Shipments, Incorrect Addresses & Damage
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and postal code are entered accurately. HeyChintu cannot be held responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
- Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your package arrives in a damaged condition, please take photographs before opening and notify us within 7 days at ceo@mellite.app. We will immediately arrange a reprint or refund in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
