1. Human Hands & Analog Creative Practice

HeyChintu is a ritual dedicated to traditional authentic creative discipline, and genuine human creativity. By accessing or using HeyChintu across Web, iOS, or Android, you agree to participate using artwork created by your own hands with authentic effort.

Automated submissions, botting, scrapers, and synthetic or generative AI image outputs violate the community principles and may result in disqualification from the public scoreboards.

2. Artist Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% full, unencumbered intellectual property and copyright ownership over all creations, writings, and photographs you document within HeyChintu.

• Zero Remote Image Storage: Photos captured in HeyChintu remain strictly on your local device (IndexedDB). We never store, mirror, or publish your creations on our servers.
• Zero AI Training: HeyChintu does not, and will never, train generative artificial intelligence or machine learning models on your creations or creative practice.
• Independent Challenge Safe Harbor: Seasonal challenge titles (such as Inktober, Drawtober, Peachtober, Drawlloween) are cited strictly for habit-tracking and artistic reference. All trademarks and prompt rights belong to their respective creators. HeyChintu is an independent utility and is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party trademark holders.

3. End User License Agreement (EULA)

HeyChintu grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application strictly in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store / Google Play distribution rules.

For users on Apple iOS, this agreement incorporates by reference the terms of Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Apple Standard EULA, the terms of the Apple Standard EULA will govern for iOS users.

4. Subscriptions, Passes & Billing Terms

HeyChintu provides free daily challenge tracking and optional paid studio passes (such as the Creatober Monthly Pass or Annual Studio Pass) that provide studio circle tools and bonus guest invitations:

• Billing & Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: For recurring subscriptions, the subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Cancellation & Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device account settings (App Store Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions).
• Restoring Purchases: If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can restore your past purchases anytime via the "Restore Purchases" button located on the pass screen.

5. Scoreboard Integrity & Fair Play

To preserve an authentic, motivating atmosphere for creators across all nations:

• Each creator may contribute at most 1 streak point per calendar day to their nation and personal streak.
• Reverse-engineering, automated botting, artificial score inflation, or disruptive network activity will result in immediate streak resets and permanent account termination.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

HeyChintu is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Because original creation photos are stored locally on your device's storage for privacy, you are responsible for maintaining your original creative works. HeyChintu is not liable for data loss caused by clearing browser cache, device theft, or operating system resets.
